About Lisa

When I was growing up, I experienced very challenging circumstances and didn’t have the support, knowledge, awareness or strategies to help me through them because they weren’t taught at school or modelled at home.

Had I learned about resilience, self-esteem, emotions, anxiety etc during my childhood, my coping strategies and long healing journey as an adult, would have been vastly different.

This inspired me to want to help every girl learn what I wish I learned back when I desperately needed it by facilitating the incredibly successful Empower Me Within program for girls aged 8-12 years.

I want to empower girls and women to grow their resilience, emotional intelligence, self-esteem and self-worth so that they accept themselves for who they are.

I am:

• a certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis
• currently studying Counselling (student member of the Australian Counselling Association).
• an Authorised Facilitator of the Empower Me Within program
• a holder of a blue card to work with children
• fully insured.
